Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only ( except custom order ) with All returns or exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please contact Waterman John Jewelry Inc in 3 days before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To request a return authorization, please email us at watermanjohnjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Returned items must be in original, unworn condition if it is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Orders (No Return / No Refund)

All custom-made jewelry is final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
. Custom name pendants
. Custom photo pendants
. Any personalized or made-to-order designs
Because each custom piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once production has begun.

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Purchase through Klarna : all items purchased only with Klarna return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery and it must be unopened/unused for sanitary reasons to qualify. Restock fees, credit/exchange is not applicable for Klarna purchases.
