Ground Mail 7-10 days
Priority Mail : 2-4 days
Priority Mail Express : 1-2 days
UPS, FEDEX Are Also Available upon request.

All packages shipped include tracking and delivery confirmation. Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” the liability for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was lost, stolen or misdelivered, we recommend filing a report with the carrier and/or your local authorities. For orders shipped with insurance, we will assist in initiating a claim with the carrier or insurance provider.

For security, we may contact customers to confirm certain orders before fulfillment. If verification is not completed, the order may be delayed or refunded to protect both the customer and our business.
